You can manage your clients using the eLama partner account. Here are the features.
- Client overview
You can find clients whose campaigns you manage.
- New client linking
When you click Add new client a client linking form will pop up.
- Fast client search
You can search for specific clients using their login details or id.
- Client filter
You can sort clients by budget or renewal date.
- All clients - All clients that exist since the beginning of the partnership.
- Active clients - All clients that are accounted for in the rewards estimation (the client has worked with eLama himself for a period of less than 6 months).
- Client archive - All clients that are not accounted for in the rewards estimation (the client has worked with eLama for a period greater than 6 months).
You can change the client’s name by clicking the pencil icon next to their name. Changing the name can make the client search process faster.
By clicking ‘Log in’ next to your client’s name you will be redirected to the client’s account for further ad campaign management. Click ‘Return’ to get back to your agency account.
You can see how many advertising systems are linked to the client account using the arrow next to the accounts’ amount.
To see the client’s internal eLama Payment Hub balance, you need to sign in to your agency account.
Here you can see all the requests that you have send to your clients to confirm.
