At this step, you must specify the data of the audience that will see the ad. Remember that each setting will affect the ad coverage.

Important note: Try to include a broad audience in the coverage, because the narrower the audience, the more money is spent to reach each user.
Select the location of the targeted audience, or you could also exclude specific locations (i.e., areas, cities, countries, etc.).
Select demographic parameters for your target audience:
These parameters work together to find you your perfect ad audiences – add conditions as you see fit.
In the field "Define who you want to see your ads," add the interests of your target audience. Each new interest expands the target audience.
In the field "Define who you don't want to see your ads," add interests that your audience shouldn't have. Excluding interests narrows your target audience.
